1. How is your store different from other stores? — We opened The Boutique by B.Belle Events, #TheBTQ at the urging of brides. We began our journey in the bridal industry as event planners. We would travel with brides to other states and on occasion other countries to find the perfect gown because what they were looking for was not available in-state. These brides encouraged us to open a boutique that provide different gowns, and also a boutique that provided an unparalleled bridal shopping experience. OUR MISSION at #TheBTQ: To provide brides unique, stylish and high quality gowns; exceptional customer services; and an knowledgeable and amazing staff that go above and beyond to help brides find their perfect gown for their most special day.

2. Do you sell dresses off the rack? Yes, Bride’s are able to purchase showroom samples.

3. Do you rent/sell suits or tuxedos? — We do not rent/sell suits or tuxedos but we are partnered with men’s shop that delivers those services.

4. What’s your size range? — We are a size inclusive boutique; we carry gowns sizes 00 to 32. ALL brides, regardless size and shape want them same thing: a wedding gowns that does not sacrifice on style and quality! We deliver on both counts. Every bride wants to, and deserves to look and feel perfectly beautiful. No bride should feel as though they are settling or limited in options because of their size. We do not charge curvy brides an additional fee for plus-size sizing. No bride should be penalized for her size.

5. What brands do you carry? — We carry many different brides which are constantly being updated to bring brides designs that are not only unique to the state but also to the United States. We always looking for emerging designers and popular designers not available in the area. We do some of our bridal gown and accessory buys abroad; which also attracts out of state brides. This keeps us on trend, and ahead as far as style goes. We also carry gowns designed by our owner; private labels gowns; as well as bespoke gowns custom designed for a bride. 

6. Do you offer alterations? — Yes, we provide in-house alterations. Our Master Seamstress has 40-years experience, including apprenticing with German and English designers; in addition to having worked for designers and having her own atelier for decades. 

7. Do you have shoes and support garments that I can use during my appointment? Or do I have to bring those? — We recommend that brides bring their own foundational garments and shoes. If they have in mind what shoe style and shoe height they plan to wear on their wedding day, they can bring that as well.

8. Do I need to make an appointment? If so, how long will my appointment last? — We are a by-appointment-only boutique because brides are partnered with their own stylist, who is dedicated to them alone during their appointment. Appointments last 1 to 1.5-hours; however, there are options for Private Suite appointments which can last longer.

9. How long will it take me to receive my dress once I place my order?  — On averages gowns take 6-9Months to arrive once an order is placed, because most of our designers do not begin making a bride’s gown until their measurements are received. There are RUSH options available.

10. What color wedding dresses do you sell? — We offer a range of colors from natural whites to black. Most of our gowns come in at least 3-color options.

11. Do you carry bridesmaids dresses? — We do not offer bridesmaids dresses.

12.How knowledgeable is your staff? — Our head staff was trained in New York by an international bridal design company; they are one of the oldest bridal brands in the world. A number of the designers we carry provide training which boutiques must complete as part of the terms/requirements of carrying the line. Stylists also received continued learning education and training throughout the year.
