• Paper Hearts Invitations - I’m Allison, the owner and designer of my little dream business Paper Hearts Invitations here in Morgantown, West Virginia. After graduating college and earning my bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, I started working at a local newspaper. I absolutely loved my job, but I wanted another fun, creative outlet for my spare time. In 2011 I designed my first save the date card and I’ve been hooked ever since. 1. Do you specialize in a specific style or theme? My style ranges from traditional to modern. My favorite elements include watercolor florals. My Collection has something for everyone, and I also offer custom designed invitations and wedding stationery. 

2.What other things can you personalize for my wedding (for example, menus, seating chart, etc)? Paper Hearts designs and prints everything from Save the Dates, Bridal Shower Invitations, Wedding Invitations, Ceremony Programs, Menus, Name Cards, Large Seating Charts (paper, foam and acrylic), Welcome Signs (paper, foam and acrylic), Vow Books, Bar Signs, and more!

3.Am I allowed to customize my invitation wording? What am I allowed to customize? Our Wedding Invitation Collection features designs that allow for minimal changes to layout, color, and wording. Our fully custom option allows you to build your invitation from the ground up!

4.How long after I place my order will my invitations be delivered? This depends on the printing method you choose. Our Collection of designs takes about 2 weeks to complete with digital printing, and 4 weeks to complete with letterpress or foil pressed printing.

Our custom designs can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on the amount of customization snd details you want to include. Your will receive a timeline after our initial discussion so you know exactly what to expect. 

5.Can you send out my invitations to my guests? Is this an add on or included? Absolutely! This service is called our White Glove Service and can be added on to any invitation order. 

6.Once I've placed my order, will I be able to see a proof (what the invitation will look like) before the invitations are printed?  All invitations and printed materials, whether custom or collection, will receive a proof to sign off on before anything is printed.

7.What happens if there's an error in the order? If the error is on the proof that is signed off on by the client, they are responsible to cover the cost of the reprint. If the error is on Paper Heart’s end, everything will be handled complementary. 

8.Will I have to print out my invitations or will you do that? I handle all of the printing. I use high quality papers and printing presses to make sure your invitations leave my studio looking perfect.
